Have you read his books? When I did a search on him through a search engine, I read a couple of reviews on his books, all of which were less than favorable, ie - he will help you for $ 40,000. Please give us your thoughts.

Got any info on offshore “Pure Trusts”? I’ve been hearing bits and pieces about them from some investor friends in Ca. and was wondering if you could shed some light.

Sorry, but I’m a purist. Don’t know a thing about “pure” trusts. I know what the term means. I know what they are. But I haven’t a clue as to their benefits relative to Real Estate Ownership and Investing (my thang).

Perhaps Bill Bronchik can shed some light on the issue.

Check out books by Jerome Schneider. He is a leading authority on offshore trusts and banks.
