Your assignment of contract should reference the purchase and sale agreement you’re actually assigning. I usually do it as ‘schedule A’ and physically attach the p&s agreement to the assignment of contract. You’re probably best to consult an attorney as to the exact language and method.

what exactly did you mean when you said that the assignment contract references the p&s agreement. Sorry for my ignorance on the subject but you’ve been a great help so far.
