Seeing no one has really taking the bull by the horns, I’ll comment on both courses. I have both of them. From Terry and John Behle. They are both wonderful courses, Terry’s paper Course and John’s Paper Trilogy Course. If you are serious about real estate investing you will have to acquire knowledge about how paper works, how to create paper, and how it relates to real estate. Both courses address these issues.
Which course is better. Neither. You will need both courses to educate yourself on paper. I have both and couldn’t be happier.
