If you want to offer any incentives e.g. free utilities for a month you could say FREE UTILITIES on the rental banner with an asterisk. The asterisk would reference to call for details. When the prospect calls you could explain it’s for 1 month free electric or water or whatever you want. Best,

Hi.

I have a house that is coming available for rent. I have a number of rental houses now on the books, however, this will be the first house that I’m turning over. (i.e. existing tenant is moving out and I need to find a replacement). All my houses were newly remodeled and vacant while showing them to the existing tenants.

I thought about putting a banner in the window to attract calls. Can someone suggest wording on the banner? I’m used to offering properties for sale and usually put gambit’s on my signs like “No down” “No closing costs”. That, obviously, wouldn’t apply here since it’s for rent. I’d like something a little more catchy than just:
“For Rent”
“Call xxx-xxx-xxxx”
