If you are trying to sell your own home, without an agent, don;t buy a book, read here, and ask questions.
I’m sure we can all offer suggestions on “how” to sell your home QUICK!
It all really depends on “what you need” to accomplish with the sale.
ie: Do you need CASH, and if so, “how much” and for what?
Do you need “debt relief”, (to have your payments covered)
what?..
more details, and we can all chime in with our $.02
