try going down to the courthouse and asking for the Lis Pendens. Thats the best way because thats the forclosures in progress and soon to be ones. You might even try asking a court clerk who comes in and compiles lists everyday. They will usually know a guy whos there everyday. Get his number, he most likely sells what we call Cribb List. Its just a listing of all the recently filed Li Pendens. My guy charges me $150 per month and faxes me daily if anything comes up or gets recorded.
