I have no faith in these operations. Time is of the essence in these deals. It is all about coming up with a system in your neighborhood through the county recorders office, contact the people right away and make your deals. Whether you buy these publications or not you still have to sit there and sift through the comps and equity factors no matter where you get the info. Most people cure their problems with foreclosure in about two weeks. The people who put these publications together are doing the first leg of work for you for a HUGE fee, by the time they are done, your prospects are down the road. Just my .02.
