Hi, Why not get one from your local title Co. they will give you one free and they are usually the “Standard form” from your local Association-o- Realtors.the agents feel more comfortable using their own contract -less friction that way- Then Familliarize yourself with it and put a line thru the terms you don’t like,type up an Addendum to go with it,then Run copies of your newly eddited form.
