Pick up the phone and ask!!! Maybe the unit needs to be moved in 90 days because a freeway is being built.
It could be a wonderful deal by a recent lotto winner who wants to make your day! If you want to make a deal, you need to “show up” get in the trenches and see where it takes you.

Recently, I saw an ad for a free mobile home with two months free lot rent…my immediate reaction was “what’s the catch?”
Has anyone else made a profit from such a deal? I mean, sure the home is free, and it’s probably in trash condition, so is it possible to get all your money out the deal, with a good profit? What are the types of repairs to a home that would make it a “no go”?
