They would not give you those names because to do so would be a breach of confidentiality.
You could find out people who are far enough behind to have a foreclosure filed, because a foreclosure is a public record.

How would I get various banks/morgage companies to give me names of people that are behind in payments on their loans and thus causing problems for the bank?
Or do banks like it when they get the property?
