This has been a topic that has been discussed multiple times before. I tried searching through the archives but must be using the wrong keywords to search.
So I thought I’d post to see if anyone could guide me to the right words to search for or… provide some feedback on how to get the motivated sellers to call me.
I’ve gotten real serious since quitting my job but never put this plan into action. As the old saying goes “To know and not to do is not to know.” Well I knew and didn’t implement it and forgot. =(
Any help would be great! Thank you!
BTW we’re still working on the 6 unit “apartment” and are looking at larger multi-families as well as SFRs.
