Are there any good “how to” sources for bird-dogging such as how to find investors to work with.

Finding investors is easy. This site is one source. The GAREIA is another one-- that’s the investor club for Georgia, at www.gareia.com. Also, try calling any ad that says “We Buy Houses” and ask them what they pay for leads. Lastly, I am also in the Atlanta area and will be happy to work with you. Send me an email if you are interested. I’d send you one, but it appears to not be working.
