Aaron reading books is good if followed by some action.Try making some low ball offers,you will be surprised at the response you get if you are dealing with true motivated sellers. dont be afraid of making mistakes,we all do sometimes thats one way of learning. Remember you have the advantage: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY-THE SELLER NEEDS TO SELL.
