I am a newbee and being one i have alot of questions. I attended the convention last month in Atlanta and gained alot of insight into, and enthusiasm for dealing in RE. I have purchased several books and am reading them and have an audio course. I have not purchased an actual package because am not sure which area of investing is going to be the best in my situation. Some of my questions are ,how to start… I feel I need to know what State Laws we are dealing with before I make a move. Is there a way to find this out without hiring an RealEaste Att. right off the bat… If not how do i find a good one?
We are also thinking about restructing our finances… Refinancing our own home and becoming debt free except for the home. Not sure if we should even start looking before we do that…Not sure how to know…
Have seen a couple deals come around but even if we had been ready they wouldnt have happened… my worry is that one will come our way and we will miss it because we dont think we are ready.
Need some insight…guidance…
