Go to the superior court and look at the Registry of Actions and key in his name. Anything he has defended (if he’s been sued) or started will pop up.

then look up the cases to see what the angry parties said he did wrong.

official sources are a cover up.

this is after you have gone to lenders, title companies, met folks, and asked them to refer you to a good lawyer who knows his onions.

Hi,

Can someone refer to this beginner a good Real Estate laywer in Northern California? I am in need of some legal advice on my contract forms and future investments.

Also a more general question would be how can I determine if the RE lawyer I am considering is a good one? Should price be a factor or should his/her experience be what you’re paying for? Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
