Does anyone have an opinion on a good software program that allows you to fill in the blanks for purchasing a property and then click on specific addendum contingency clauses like the software put out by Russ Whitney?
I’m needing good software for contracts, assignments, leases, options, contingency clauses, rental agreements, land trusts, etc.
