Just reading the thread “Flipping to retail buyer” where Ron(MD) mentioned of similar situation in Baltimore with FHA unseasoned sales.
Looks like I’ll have to be ready for creative financing, L/O, Note selling etc.

Would this affect the tenant/buyer on a sandwich l/o the same way? I assume it would because the investor in the middle would not be on the title.
