I know this will help me in areas for comps,tax records for owners mailing addy’s,expired listings and when owners call me, I now know when they bought it and for how much they bought it for.Are there any other uses I’m missing please let me know.thanks in advance

I don’t know how CT got access, but got it by becoming friends with a Realtor. She now lets my wife use her computer any time we want to find properties or look up other information. It’s awesome!
