I saw Jackie from Dallas posted and gave you a referral.
Because Jackie is from Dallas I don?t know if she realizes that you are
in Ohio.
A hard money lender from Dallas would not be able to lend in Ohio
because of licensing.
If I am mistaking, and Jackie has given you a lender in Ohio, then I?m
sorry. But I don?t think so because a 972 area code is in Texas.
My suggestion is to call Ed Wachsman who owns a Mortgage Co. in
Ohio. Ed is a class guy who will help you with your needs.
He has hard money as well as other types of financing, and I think he
would be a good contact for you to have.
You can reach him by either posting and asking him to contact you on
the news group, or contacting crenoline by e-mail, and they can put you
in touch with Ed.

Call Ready Mortgage 972-889-7323, ask for Marie Spencer or Craig Pettit, the President.
They loan up to 55% LTV 18% simple interest NO POINTS - however, they do have a prepayment penalty of $1200 at the backend if you cash out in less than 2 years (which of course you probably will).
