I have heard about hard money lenders who lend capital of 50 to 100% for appraised values on fixed up investments at high interests rates between 11 and 18%. I have a project on a multi-family dwelling that will require me to use such lenders, that will bring in a good return every month on my investment. Where can I find such investors/lenders? I live in New York City. Please respond ASAP!

I found a hard money lender for inner cities in NJ (which doesn’t seem that easy to do) using these links.
