See if you can reduce the need for all CAPS.
On your financing needs. Tell us more about the types of deals you want to fund. It could help to break them down by state as some folks who could help can only do certain types of deals in specific states.
Provide some example numbers so we can a handle on the LTV, the term you are expecting, and the general strategy (how you will exit a HM loan).
