Offering $200k short sale on a property that appraised for $650k 11/02 (long story). Property is worth $350k today as is.
How the heck do I get this money with the least amount of hassle? I already have the deed, just need to get the lender to agree to the short sale.
I’ve applied online at some sites but no one gets back to me.
Help??
