Hi Everyone,
I was wondering is anyone in the Lake County, Illinois area has used Ron LeGrand’s Lease/Option contract and if so is there any special “Illinois Laws” that need to be incorporated into the contract? Should I have a real estate lawyer look at this contract before I use it to make sure were not forgetting anything important? Know a good lawyer in this area?
