I am having trouble selling several multi-families in Omaha Nebraska. No one around this corn state seems to be aggresive enough to want to buy any property. I have offered to owner finance them for a short time with a reasonable down and no qualifying and that still didn’t do the trick. Everyone around here looks at you strange when you speack of anything “creative” yet they can’t qualify for conventional financing either. All of these properties have good equity and good cashflow yet no buyers. Any suggestions? I need (or I should say want) to sell them to invest in larger complexes. I have been trying to sell them for about a year now…getting desperate.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
