How much is the total coverage? Does it cover the house up to the FMV, less land cost? How much liability you want may depend on the risk you have and amounts. Looks like about the amount I carry on lower end houses.

The policy on my latest purchase includes
$11,000 Loss of Rents (current rent is $1200/mo.)
$300,000 landlord liablility (each occurrence)
$1,000 Medical payments to others (each person/each occurrence).
Is that enough?
