Just out of curiosity, how many Marylanders are on this list? I’m in the Frederick-to-Baltimore area.

I think the roundtable is a great idea! Square tables are fine too…as long as there’s food on them ;^)

Up from the meadows rich with corn,
Clear in the cool September morn,
The clustered spires of Frederick stand
Green-walled by the hills of Maryland…
from the poem “Barbara Frietchie,” by John Greenleaf Whittier, 1863.*
Hi, Bob. I’m glad to know you if you’re from Frederick. Most evenings, I can see the Catoctin Mountains from our front porch in Westminster. I grew up on Wilson Place; graduated from T.J., class of '72. I’ve traveled all over, but there’s no place on earth as pretty as the clustered spires of Frederick.
I wholesale ugly houses and lease/option pretty houses in nice neighborhoods. I look for motivated sellers from Gettysburg, Emmittsburg & Hanover, to Pikesville, Brooklandville, & Towson; and, from Parkville to Dundalk. I only do it part time, and I haven’t looked at Frederick, yet. If you, or any Maryland creative real estate entrepreneurs, want to contact me, feel free to do so by e-mail. Let me know what you want and where; what you’ve got, and what you’ll take. Fair warning: I’m a newbie, but I’ve got an ego that wants to SUCCEED!

Actually, there are quite a few. We should get our own round table going.

I am technically just inside Washington DC, but do most of my work in PG and lower Montgomery County.
Bob, I have a lead on an REO property in East New Market. I don’t know if you are interested in it or not; if so email me.
