Would anyone like to buy a house in North Carolina (Sanford).I have a friend that was stationed there. He was transfered to Missouri about 4 years ago. He said that he’s willing to sell it, lease option it, or take over payments just to get rid of it. The house is a 4 bedroom,2 bath,
he owes $68000.00, Payments $560.00 at 7% fixed 28 years,
