Good evening everyone, I am need of some professional advice swiftly. I am in the process of purchasing a preforeclosure. The problem is I dont know how to structure the deal. The people just want out of the house, basically they want to give it to me & possibly lease it back. Should I do a short sale. Should I get them to sign a warranty deed & negotiate a short sale with the bank? Should I pay cash for it? Should I use my line of credit? Basically I am looking for some advice on the few options I have. The house has about 40k equity, a lake house, 3/4 acre. They owe about 80k the tax value is 120k, but I think it is only worth 110k. Built in 1973,3/1/2. Thanks for your advice, Bill
