I was wondering if there is anyone who has been doing this in the MA are that I could bring in to a deal that I find. I would be willing to do the work and bird dogging etc… for just a referral fee. Just so I could watch how it is been done by someone with more experience than myself. ANybody who is interested should probably email me offline and let me know what yo are looking for or how we could work it out. I am not looking to make a quick buck off of anyone here just get some experience. My wife says I jump into things too quickly without knowing everything so maybe this will give me some credibility with her.
