Philly Girl you may want to go to the city courts office. I am from the suburbs of Philly, Bucks County to be exact. I know you can go to Doylestown ( Bucks Co. seat) to the courthouse and they can help you there. You also may want to concentrate on the suburbs too. Lots of money in Bucks. (strange coincedence!) somewhat better clientelle. Check it out, it may be worth your while. Good luck.

Can someone please tell me where and how I can access real estate tax records in Philly? I’m getting desperate here for help. When I called I was told the public may only access the real estate tax records if the taxes are deliquent. Thanks in advance.
