Consider buying Bill Bronchick’s home study course, “How to be Your Own Real Estate Lawyer”. This course comes with all the forms and contracts you’ll ever need. And they are on diskette, too. There is also step by step instructions on how to fill out each form.

I’ve been reading the posts on this board for several months now. I am really excited about getting started by doing flips. I have my investors set up and I might have a few motivated sellers. The only thing is that I am nervous about is writing up the contracts. Are there any books or anywhere I could go and get help with this?
