I am currently trying to negotiate a deal with a FSBO were she owes a 15K credit line. She has her property offered at $89900, she is very motivated because she already had two contracts fall out and she even had it listed with a realtor the property is estimated at approximately 90-95K. she plans to move to PA with her sisters so they can buy a home together.
The property is on a double lot and is in very good condition. It’s a two family with a bonus apt. on the third door that could easily be rented she said she couldnt take any less than 85K.
She said she would be willing to stay until her and her sisters find a property. She has a stable tenant on one floor paying below market rent ($750)and a handy brother living on the third for free.
She’s open to a creative deal but I need some opinions on structuring can anyone help. Sorry so long…
