Any ideas or suggestions on the best method for drafting this agreement?

Should I hire an attorney for this purpose?
Are there standard forms that could be used and then
modified?

I have been studying Peter Conti and David Finkel’s new book and have been a lurker here for 2 years.

Due to some circumstances with my financial situation and with my employment I now find it prudent to take action and begin using these principles.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Here is a link I found with a couple of lease/option forms on it. Keep in mind, I have know idea how good it is in your state or even in general. I’m new to this also. But it did give me some idea of what’s going on in these documents.
