Hey, I just found a triplex for $75,000. I don’t have it on contract yet, but I plan to do so this weekend. What information do you need from me to do the deal? The building is already fully rented out at $465 / month per unit ($16,740 gross). I did the comps and have found that it’s worth at least $88,000. Would I be able to find favorable financing to take this deal with a cash flow?
I’m in Florida by the way.
