needed,and little to no money is required.
You do need the know how and ability to
locate and control, below market deals to flip

Okay - let me put you in the picture…
At this point in my life I have finally decided to go ahead and start investing in RE…something that I always wanted to do. After reading CS’s course I am now under the impression that it is actually possible, though not very common, to find deals with little or no money down.
So what is the best way to start in order to build up some cash - NOTE: I have absoplutely no money and pretty bad credit which I’m working on setting straight right now…As to determination - I could sell you some of that! kidding…
Please help!!! All you experienced and wealthy people out there…
