I have done searches and the only one I could find to do DE properties will not return my calls/e mail. Looking to do SF homes, 30-120K. We do not have an investors club here. Demographics available on request.

Hello, I’m putting my resources inline and presently looking for a Hard Money Lender for the state of Delaware. This is a small state with only 3 counties. My target area is in New Castle County (the largest of the 3). Any replies feel free to send via e mail or post here.
