Can anyone recommend any HML’s in Nevada and Arizona. I am doing some wholesale deals with family members and we need some pre-qual letters to submit with our offers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try MGF Funding in Phoenix. They are a HML. And they are in the phone book. Sorry I don’t know the number right off hand.
