We need more info. 25K equity on a 700K property is nothing however 25K on a 40K property is something again.
Seasoning might be an issue less than 6 mo.

I need some advice on geting a line of credit. I just closed on a property a week ago. It has about 25k in equity. My middle score is 630. Does anyone know where I can go to be sucessful obtaining a line of credit? Thanks.
