I do not know the quality or reputation of this company, but they may do a loan on this since you own the land. Also, Have you considered selling the MH and just continue to rent the land?

Does anyone know the name of a lender that does home equity loans on mobiles? I have a double wide on 1/2 acre of land in a subdivision of all mobiles on 1/2 to 1 acre lots. I own it free and clear and rent it. I would like to pull some equity out, but local banks won’t do loans on mobiles. are there any companys out there that specialize in this type of loan? Thanks
