I have a guy that called on one of my ads. He has a house near Savana GA. that he wants to unload. He said he just wants to break even on it. I’m in IL. so its to far for me to look into. The seller has relocated to IL. also.

The house was purchased in 1996 with a VA Loan for $70k. Its a 4 bd 2 ba House with no garage. It was built in 1986-1988.

If anyone is interested in looking into this you can e-mail me and I’ll forward you the address, name and phone # of the seller.
