That’s why you have to have them pre-approved by the park management… they have interests to protect just like you do.

Okay…let me hear it from ya…when you ask the buyer for your MH what they can pay monthly for the note and they tell ya, for example, $250 is what they can easily pay…what do you tell them about the lot rent if it is an additonal 200-300 bucks a month? Aren’t you afraid of your buyers having trouble paying the lot rent in addition to your note even if it is in your promissory note/agreement that they keep the lot rent current? What problems (other than eviction by you or the MH park) have you experienced(i.e. trashing the place, failure to move, etc?) by folks unable to meet the lot rent payments?
