The best investment method is the one you like the most. I have a “beginners success” post which gives my recommendations for starting out. Put those two words in the archive search engine on this main bulletinboard and you will probably find it. If not in this year, then in 2001.

I live in fresno, Ca. and the market is pretty hot, homes are selling at close to asking price in some cases even over. What is the most profitable technique when you’re dealing with a hot market? I would assume fixer-uppers any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
