Thanks everyone! I changed my ad in the newspaper, and the phone is ringing ! Ad reads “MUST SELL, owner financing, etc, price, phone” When they ask about the interest rates and payments, I say it depends on your credit. So far, the response has been “human” . The callers I was getting on my regular ad were just bung holes !! Some even hung up on me !! They just asked the price,(the price was in the ad) and then, just hung up !! GEEZ ! Anyway, I have two appointments to show the house, and take HUD applications.
