How can I get a loan on a mh I own free and clear - Posted by Eva

Hello,
I would like to get a loan on my mh. It’s a 1982 Fleetwood Doublewide, good condition. I own it free and clear. I have a credit score of over 700. I need a loan. Anyone have any ideas or know any MH LENDERS? I need at least 40k.
Thanks!

If you are living in the home, try Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, and others such as 21stmortgage.

what state are you in? 40K sounds outragious but im in Indiana…is it on land or a in a park? if you have 700 credit financing shouldnt be very hard at all…theres a lot of lender who do not do moblie home lending at all in my state but if you call around you’ll find someone and they’ll likely require around 20% down…pick up the phone book and call around to the banks, with a credit score like that it shouldnt take long to find someone willing to lend to you

20% down? Sounds like he is trying to pull out equity. Do you mean 80% LTV?
