Hi Everyone,

I am a newbie and I haven’t ordered any courses on flipping property but I have been reading the message board here at creonline. But my question is, How do I go about getting the seller to agree to assign his/her property over to me and then finding an investor to flip the property over to and then having a simaltaneous close? Answers or comments are greatly appreciated.
