“Remember. It takes at least 7 ‘targeted’ mailings to get any response. And then you’ll be lucky if its 1%.”

That is antiquated marketing. If this was the case then your message is all wrong. With the right message to the right group (target), you should be able to get at least 5 to 10 inquiries with each and every mailing of 500 or so. Of those people that inquire, you should be able to get 1 or 2 leads. A lead does not mean a deal will happen, but it’s a step in the right direction.

Is there places that have every house address in a town to send postcards or would local post office do it? I asked post office but they said no unless I need to request it as something else.

Thanks

Or melissadata.com to get the list and then use the USPS website to send them.

Simple

Cost Effective

Set it & forget it

I hope you have a small town - otherwise, you’d be wasting a lot of money.

If you have a good relationship with a Realtor, they can probably get you any such list from a title company.

Remember. It takes at least 7 ‘targeted’ mailings to get any response. And then you’ll be lucky if its 1%.

What are you planning on mailing?

Do you have a system in place for when they call?

Just curious.
