I’m finally going to pull the trigger, I’ve found a rehab property, inspected it and have formed my plan of attack on the renovations. I’m going to buy it, fix it, then sell. What is my best option as far as obtaining funds to purchase and then renovate the house. I will not offer over $40,000 for this particular property. I’m 27, I have no money to put down, I just got an FHA mortgage for my own home, I have excellent credit and a personal loan ($9,000 left +/-)I am currently paying off. I live in, and the property is in PA. Phila to be precise. Any information will be greatly appreciated, thank you.
