I have a sandwich L/O on a condo that I may assign to a retail buyer. Alternatively, the seller may just agree to dissolve our agreement and reimburse me for expenses for reasons I won’t go into.
Do I need to record another document that overrides the memorandum of agreement I previously recorded? Is there a better way? Seller and I have a good relationship and I don’t want to leave a cloud on her title. Thanks in advance for all responses…
