I’m afraid any free list wouldn’t be worth much. Even the ones you pay for are dated (meaning all the worthwhile deals are gone by the time you get them).
What are you trying to accomplish? The folks here don’t look for homes (or foreclosures for that matter). They work to find motivated sellers that need to sell for some life-changing reason. It may be a job transfer, or termination, marriage where both have a house, divorce, eviction from a mobile home park, sentenced to prison… any of many reasons. You try to help them solve the immediate problem at hand, that being, they will lose the house if they don’t do something soon.
Then you work the other end of the spectrum. You find a motivated buyer who for any of many reasons, can’t buy conventionally. You sell at a premium price to this buyer with owner financing and reap the profits.
