When I was 50 years old I had never bought property in my life. I said I would never. A year later, after having studied Sheets materials, I bought my first place, a mulit-unit where I still live and collect rents. I studied it about 7 months before I contracted and purchased the place. I made mistakes that first time, but one needs to make a start. I have survived my mistakes.
